I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the Youth Rodeo Association (YRA), a non-profit organization. The YRA was organized to promote the sport of rodeo among young Americans and to improve the image of rodeo through the cooperation of youth rodeo contestants, parents, and adults interested in the youth rodeo movement. The YRA is celebrating its 53rd rodeo year. The rodeo year begins in September and finished in June with the Finals. During the 2023-2024 rodeo year, contestant members competed in 12 rodeos held in various locations in the state; the YRA awarded 4 aluminum trailers, Year-end and Final saddles, buckles and prize money totaling $240,000.00
